Your reservation is only effective after a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the services.
The remaining balance must be paid within one month after the service has been provided.

You can book your activity and pay on our website. Reservations can be canceled at any time by contacting us directly by email or phone. However, to offset the various costs incurred (bank transactions, website and partner commissions, refusal of other requests, etc.), your cancellation cannot be fully refunded. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Kayacorde may decide to cancel or interrupt a service in cases of force majeure or for safety reasons.
If we cancel the service, a full refund of the amounts paid will be provided, with no additional compensation.
If you cancel:
If we interrupt the service due to force majeure or safety reasons after more than 1 hour of activity, including safety instructions and approach walking, no refund or compensation will be given.
If the interruption occurs within less than 1 hour of activity, 50% of the amounts paid will be refunded.
Note: Orange weather alerts from Météo France in our region do not automatically result in the cancellation of activities, except for canyoning and canoe-kayak.
The services available for purchase include outdoor sports activities supervised by certified state-licensed instructors.

If necessary, activity locations or certain services may be modified. Each participant must follow the safety and precautionary instructions provided by the instructor.
The instructor reserves the right to exclude any person whose behavior endangers the safety or well-being of the group. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be granted.
The professional civil liability insurance does not cover participants’ individual liability. It is strongly recommended that each participant take out personal liability insurance.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than one month after the scheduled activity date.
Payments can be made by check, cash, or bank transfer.
In accordance with article L 441-6 of the French Commercial Code, a penalty rate of 0.12% will apply starting the day after the due date.
A time and a meeting location are always provided when booking one of our services.
To ensure smooth activity operations and out of respect for other participants, please be punctual. Allow extra time for travel. A maximum delay of 20 minutes is tolerated.
AFTER THIS DELAY, THE INSTRUCTORS MAY START THE ACTIVITY WITHOUT YOU, AND NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE GRANTED.

The contract between you and Kayacorde is governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Aubenas is the sole competent authority. Only French law applies.
Kayacorde reserves the right to use photos taken during activities to illustrate brochures, advertisements, website publications, etc., unless the participant explicitly objects.
Kayacorde is committed to implementing all necessary health precautions to protect customers and staff.
If a booked service is affected by government restrictions due to the COVID-19 crisis, you may be able to cancel or modify your booking without any penalty.
If full or partial payment was made in advance, we offer the option to use a credit voucher equivalent to the amount paid. This voucher is valid for 18 months from the original booking date.
If you do not wish to reschedule, a full refund will be provided with no additional compensation.
